What a great experience. Fresh and new. The bartenders were kind and friendly, they spent the time to explain what the cocktails ingredients were and the whole Australian concept. A new must do when you are in Brisbane.

I recently visited Trove Cocktail Bar in the heart of Brisbane City, and I was blown away by their new menu! The cocktails are creative and absolutely delicious — each drink felt like a journey through Australia’s native flavors, with ingredients like Kakadu plum, wattleseed, and lemon myrtle. The mixologists here are true artists! The food was equally impressive, with a focus on locally sourced and native ingredients that perfectly complement the drinks. I especially loved the kangaroo prosciutto paired with sweet figs and creamy goat cheese — a dish that’s as beautiful as it is tasty. A special shoutout to Will, the new manager, who brings such warmth and passion to the place. He made sure our experience was unforgettable, guiding us through the menu with fantastic recommendations and genuinely caring about our experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with cozy velvet seating and a heritage charm that makes the whole experience feel special. Trove is definitely a hidden gem worth discovering. I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu. Highly recommended! 🍸✨

Brilliant!!! Australian designed cocktails and food!! Great atmosphere - feels like a little bit of Melbourne in Brissy!! Barmen were happy to chat and assist in selections! Would recommend visiting.

The only Kitchen Bar in Brisbane serves Australian Native ingredients foods and drinks !! So cool ! Love their bush guide cocktail menu you get to learn the back story of all kind of native ingredients and taste it great too ! Would highly recommend if you visit from oversea or even as Brisbane local want something different

Drew and Will are the best!! They are exceptional at service and ensuring your experience meets your night. Their cocktail’s will tickle your nose and heighten your senses. The best drink is Adam’s Smoked Turkey. You have to ask for it specifically, it might not be on the menu yet.

A beautiful bar with delicious, uniquely Australian cocktails and amazing, friendly mixologists who are passionate in what they do 🍸 Absolutely loved their Bush Apple, Lemon Myrtle and Wattle Seed! 🍹👌🏼 Can't wait to try more! 🥰 The bar is cosy, elegant, sophisticated and spacious with occasional live DJs.

An absolutely amazing venue! Perfect for a date night or just a friend's get together. Easy to locate and in the heart of the city. The food was not only stunning in presentation but also fresh and delicious. The staff where warm and welcoming. They took the time to explain all the cocktail and food items making the experience all the more personal and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this cocktail bar to friends and family!!

Beautiful venue ❤️❤️❤️ Here Tuesday 3rd march for the comedy night which was hilarious!! Absolutely brilliant night out 👌 And a cheeky Tuesday early finish 👍 All guys were funny and handsome too ?!haha 😜 😜 The Logan guy 😂 Reed 👌 Farmer dude 👍 MC guy 🤣 Callun And the other dude who was my fave Sorry! Was he gay? Name? Number? 🙄🤣 All of ‘em seriously! Great effort ⭐️ Not an easy gig for them Lovely intimate venue!! So boogee or however it’s spelt AND ! Mostly the shout out goes to Jordan for THE most special dirty gin Martini 🍸 Made of course with Aussie made gin! And Ali her cohort exemplary hosts ❤️✅ On point! And the Long island ice tea? Well it’s abbreviation is LIIT AND Yes I was lit 🔥 🤣🤣🙄🙄🤣🤣 Wish had pics of the cocktails But Alas I guzzle not sip Thanks everyone for a superb Tuesday evening ❤️❤️❤️✅✅✅
